1. Use of the Website

2. Class Bookings & Payments
- All class bookings and payments are processed through our third-party provider, Hisawyer. By booking a class, you agree to Hisawyer’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- You agree to pay the fees for all classes that you book.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY for CLASSES:
Classes are non-refundable. If you must miss a class/event due to illness (not vacation), we may offer you the opportunity to make up a class. If you are unable to make-up the class, we may credit you depending on the circumstance.
POLICY for BOOKING PRIVATE ART LESSONS OR ART PARTIES
Booking a Private “Art Lesson” or “Art Party” is completely dependant on the availability of an Instructor. Deposits will be refunded if the Studio is unable to find an instructor or for weather or emergency related closings.
CAMP REFUND POLICY
Full refund: Camp fees are only fully refundable when written notification is received at least eight weeks before the first day of camp. A camper is also eligible for a full refund if he/she is unable to attend camp due to medical reasons. A note from the physician must accompany the written request.
If the camper attends any portion of the camp, the amount of the refund for the remaining days will be calculated based on the portion of camp attended.
*No refund will be issued less than eight weeks before the first day of camp or when camp is in session, if a child is sent home from camp due to behavioral issues, or if a camper decides not to attend the program or leaves early for any reason. *In these instances, Studio Credit can be negotiated.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Leaping Dog Art Studios and Sleeping Cat Art Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use this content without our express written permission.
5. User-Submitted Content
Any photos, testimonials, or other content you submit to us may be used by us for promotional purposes on our website or social media. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it.
6. Disclaimer
The information and services on this website are provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that our website will be free of errors or interruptions.
